One to One personal training for those looking to break gently back into fitness or rehabilitation post injury. Set your own goals, sessions designed to meet your needs, variety of equipment and exercises, monitor your progress throughout. Sessions can be held in my home gym, outside in a local park, or in the comfort of your own home.

Prices start from:
1-2-1 Personal Training - from £40 for 1 hour, £25 for 30 minutes
Small Group Training - from £14 (based on 4 people for 1 hour)
Zoom Personal Training - £35 for 1 hour, £20 for 30 mins
Home Fitness Plan - from £20 (based on a 4 week plan)
