Having studied Sport, Fitness and Massage for 10 years, I hold multiple qualifications centred around personal improvement and wellbeing. From 2010 I started work in a Ladies Only Gym, coaching, teaching and supporting woman in fitness, nutrition and health, sparking my passion for ladies fitness and health. Starting my own business, RJ Fitness & Massage in 2013, I've gained loyal, long term clients in both fitness and massage and continue to build on my knowledge and qualifications alongside my client base, recently adding Padwork for PT's, Core Stability and Supple Strength to my repertoire.
