My passion has always been to help people, whether that be through fitness and achieving their goals, helping them to rehab after injury or just treating that ache or pain that won't shift. I not only take a practical approach to my work but also a holistic one, looking at the body and mind as one.
Having studied Sport, Fitness and Massage for over 10 years, I hold multiple qualifications centred around personal improvement and wellbeing. From 2010 I started work in a Ladies Only Gym, coaching, teaching and supporting woman in fitness, nutrition and health, sparking my passion for ladies fitness and health. Starting my own business, RJ Fitness & Massage in 2013, I've gained loyal, long term clients in both fitness and massage and continue to build on my knowledge and qualifications alongside my client base, adding Padwork for PT's, Core Stability and Supple Strength to my repertoire.
2020 saw a change in my business with a big shift towards the fitness side. I have increased my availability for Personal Training and small group fitness whilst maintaining my massage clients. I love to help people achieve their own goals, creating a strong foundation to start and enable them to continue building after our program has finished.
